Apparently IconCool GIF Animator is just a tool to create animated GIFs, but it has many more functions. It lets you also create animated banners, buttons, AVI videos and even Flash animations in SWF. From the IconCool GIF Animator editor you can work independently on each of the slides that will make up the animation, and add, create, play, delete or modify any of the slides, as they are dealt with as independent layers. IconCool GIF Animator lets you add all types of attractive effects and filters to each layer. The resulting animated GIF can be opened or saved in the following formats: GIF, PSD, PNG, AVI, MPEG, SWF, FLC and FLI. Once the animation has finished, IconCool GIF Animator lets you apply optimization functions to delete any impurities. You can even convert the animation into a bitmap in HTML.
